We provided walkthrough accessibility audits, Visual guides & Sensory Maps for 5 destinations. The Oracle in Reading, Cabot Circus in Bristol, Westquay in Southampton, Brent Cross in London and Bullring in Birmingham. Each guide follows the same structure and is built from a lived-experience walkthrough of the site itself: entrances, parking, quiet spaces, toilets, wayfinding. Swansea FC
We Filmed the full visitor journey as a disabled fan would experience it. From arrival and parking, entry routes, seating and sightlines, toilets, quiet space. Allowing supporters to pre watch an informational video of the accessibility features of the stadium. The video can be watched here.
